OIT Help Desk Support & Policies

The OIT Helpdesk provides technical support for Kaka Ľako network connections, supported desktop computers, and supported software. Support is provided to JABSOM faculty and staff via email, telephone, and by appointment. Contact the OIT Help Desk for support by calling 692-1111 or sending an email (

Unfortunately, we do not have the staff size to provide 24 x 7 service support for our customers, therefore our normal work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm (excluding State holidays). Please refrain from contacting staff members directly, the OIT Helpdesk has a ticketing system and prioritizes jobs according to the degree of severity and the order they came in (generally first in, first out except for critical tasks and/or emergencies).
